Playtech has brokered a deal worth up to €50 million to acquire Swedish games studio Quickspin.  The company will pay a maximum of six times Quickspin’s EBITDA in 2018, subject to a cap of €50 million.

Quickspin’s founders, Daniel Lindberg, Mats Westerlund and Joachim Timmermans will remain at the company for a minimum period of three years from completion.
