(Press Release) GECO Gaming, the leading gaming platform and software developer, has today announced the launch of its remote gaming server (RGS) with gambling industry giant Betfair.

The initial agreement sees Betfair – which has more than one million active customers – supplied with a number of bespoke titles by The Games Co, including ‘Two Tribes’ and ‘Witch of the West’, through GECO’s unique connect platform.

Betfair will also gain access to a wide range of proprietary titles developed in-house by GECO’s Sydney, Australia-based studio, as well as all third-party partner content built on the GECO platform from the likes of Bet Digital, Games Warehouse, MX Digital and CORE Gaming.

GECO Chief Operating Officer Aaron Neill-Stevens said:

“The Betfair deal marks another flagship launch of the GECO platform and expands our distribution capabilities for our partners who get access to a very flexible open gaming platform.

“Betfair is a top-tier sports betting company whose e-gaming business goes from strength to strength and we are extremely fortunate to have been chosen as a supplier of some bespoke content for them. We will be looking to expand our portfolio with them in the coming year.

“This deal is also testament to the quality of content being produced by The Games Co, as they have been integral to the deal from the outset and we are confident the mix of games supplied by them, our other partners and our own in-house studio will prove popular with the Betfair player base.”

GECO Gaming is a leading open content delivery platform offering an Alderney and UKGC-certified RGS solution led by a UK team, with a proprietary game design studio based in Australia. The GECO platform specialises in aggregating third-party gaming content in HTML5 with a strong emphasis on multi-channel games across retail and online.
