Casino Tournament Strategy

Decided not to play any casino games tonight, I've had a busy day and I prefer to play online when I'm not too tired.  I did however log into Intercasino to see what the final rankings were at last nights casino tournament close.   Lo and behold, I managed 5th place – exactly where I wanted to be and this has won me £25! 50 Hand Video Poker

Went back in to see how the casino tournament was going a few hours before the end of the Multi-Hand Blackjack tournament and I was sitting in 7th position.  The two players above me were obviously playing the same game and had stopped a few chips above me so I played two hands with no risk of losing position, as the next player was a fair bit behind.  I won them both and was catapulted back into forth slot.

Whilst there and passing some time so that I could check the tournament rankings in a while, I decided to play some Video Poker.

Multi-Hand Blackjack Tournament

I knew it wouldn't be long before I attempted another casino tournament and this time a change from slots. Intercasino UK was running a Multi-Hand Blackjack tournament. Looking at the current standings with one day left of the casino tournament to run, I decided to play strategically.

Tournament Winner!

Checked the final tournament rankings tonight at Intercasino and lo and behold, I've another £250 in my account!  Yes, I came first in the tournament and won the £250 that goes with it. 

When I looked at my balance it was sitting at £350!  Delighted is not the word for it!

Casino Tournaments

I thought I would check out the casino tournaments page tonight for some more inexpensive playing time.  As a quick introduction to casino tournaments, the basics are that you pay a small fixed amount and get a set time to play a game in with a certain value.  The person with the most money accumulated after the tournament end date wins first prize.  Read our article casino tournaments to find out a little more about how they work. Dinos Delight

Time for a new game though, called Dinos Delight, and obviously modelled on The Flintstones, although it doesn't say as much.  It's a video slot game with 5 reels and 25 paylines. (more)

Bonuses and Caribbean Stud Poker

I've just come back from my holidays and was in with all the junk mail I get, which seems to be an increasing amount these days, I had an email from Intercasino UK offering me £10 free as a bonus if I came back and played with them. 

Not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, I cashed in the bonus and got the £10 instantly added to my account taking the total balance now to £104.70.  This shows a nice level of customer care, especially considering it's only been about 10 days since I played and really, as I have a positive balance with them anyway, it was fairly obvious that I was going to continue to play with them anyway.  Still if there are happy to give me the cash, I'm more than happy to accept it and enjoy playing their casino games with it.

Casino Solitaire

Tonight I decided to have a quick game of Casino Solitaire.  I love playing Solitaire on the computer and to be able to do it as well as having a gamble appeals to me lots.  I was amazed at how quickly Intercasino downloaded and installed the game.  I reckon it took about 10 seconds which, although I have broadband (one a fairly slow speed) is pretty darn good.  I was impressed anyway. Let It Ride and Mystique

Went back for 10 minutes playing Let It Ride Poker today.  As I've said before I like Let It Ride but when the cards go against you, it seems that the losing run just won't stop.  Ok so I lost £8 leaving £105.15 in my account but it was good fun.  What I did notice and may be of interest to players at Intercasino, is that when I played befores the minimum bet was £2.  Today it was only £1 which is much better for the entertainment player who wants to maximise his or her time at the tables.  This was due to me choosing the multi-player tables today rather than the single player option last time.  I can't see any reason why they should differ but if you want to play for longer, take the multi-player option. Scratch Cards and Slots

It's been a long day and although you really shouldn't play casino games when you're tired, I'm not quite ready for bed yet so I logged into InterCasino again and looked for a nice simple game to play for a few minutes before I retire for the night. 

I decided to try playing a few Scratch Cards first, well you can't get much simpler can you?  Intercasino has two different Scratch Cards on offer, Money Farm and High Fashion.

Some Video Poker

I decided to play some Video Poker today. I chose a single hand game of 10's or Better. I like 10's or Better simply because you make more hands and it's easier to get a win, abeit a small one. I played for a full 10 minutes and ended up £1 worse off. (more)
