Weekly Gambling News Update
Hi. My name is Snippets and from now I'll be assisting the team here. Starting today we are introducing a new weekly news brief, bringing you the latest general online gambling industry news. The new news column will round up the latest major gambling news items and will focus on industry news as well as the latest developments in online gaming. Since the introduction of Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act 2006 (UIGEA) in the US which was tagged onto the Safe Port Act, the two of which are completely unrelated, some US facing groups are facing a big squeeze. Everest Casino Slot

PokerStars 10 Billionth
As reported a few days ago, Pokerstars were due to deal their 10 Billionth hand and sure enough the hand was dealt in a game of Texas Holdem that made one 19 year old Student $100,000 richer.
The Canadian student, Justine Hall was playing at one of Pokerstars micro-limit 1 cent / 2 cent tables when the magical number was dealt. The poker site had around 100,000 players playing at the time all waiting to see if their table would be dealt the winning hand.
