PartyGaming Buys Cashcade

The mega lottery group, Cashcade has probably been bought by Party Gaming for £100 million, it was reported in the UK newspaper, The Times.

Cashcade is owner of some of the most popular bingo brands in the UK, including Foxy Bingo.

The group has been up for sale for about three months, with a number of online gaming companies bidding for the right to buy it.

One of the leading companies to try and snap up Cashcade was 888 Holdings, who announced last week that it was out of the race after the cost of the group become too high for its liking.

Ever since Party Gaming settled with the US Department of Justice, it has been examining the marketing for expansion options.

Partygaming and Cashcade now plan to expand the number of gaming sites available with initial efforts being centred on new bingo brands with Grace’s Bingo  being one of the first bingo sites to launch.  More details on the new brands will be available soon.
