Melbourne Victory has New Sponsor

The Melbourne Soccer team has found a new sponsor.  Intralot Australia, the Melbourne based subsidiary of the Greek lottery company, has announced that it will sponsor the popular A-league soccer team, Melbourne Victory.

Intralot is keen to make a strong impression on the Australian betting public as it struggles against declining sales since it was granted a ten year contract to run the Victorian lottery. It sees Melbourne Victory as a way to break into this lucrative gambling market.

“Intralot is proud to be undertaking its first major Victorian sponsorship with the A-league's most successful club and one that has fought and won challenges similar to those confronted by our company,” said the General Manager of Intralot Australia, Leo Watling.
