Wagerworks Chooses ICEi To Showcase New Games

The largest annual gathering of the online gambling industry, ICEi, will be the place that IGT subsidiary, Wagerworks, showcases its two new games, Battleship: Search and Destroy and Dungeons and Dragons: Fortress of Fortune.

Attendees at the London event will get to try out the new games which Wagerworks will introduce online at a later date. 

“2008 was a successful year for Wagerworks and our business results reflected a positive step forwards”, said the Director and GM of IGT-UK Gaming and Wagerworks, Oliver Lofthouse.

“Since joining the company in September, I have recognized the importance of combining top brands together with great game mechanics, in order to deliver top performing games and this will continue to be our focus.”

The new games are set to be a hit when introduced into online casinos in the coming months and due to the Battleshops and Dungeons and Dragons themes should bring new players into online casinos that are familiar with the games in a non-gambling capacity.

Wagerworks games currently go to make up the selection on offer from such online casino/gaming sites, such as, Virgin Casino, Betfair and Ladbrokes.
