Absolute Poker's New Platform

Absolute Poker and Ultimate Bet, the two online poker sites owned by Tokwiro Enterprises, have been combined to operate on a single poker network, the CEREUS Poker Network.

While Tokwiro said that the sites would share their player databases, each would keep their original identities and unique gaming environments.

It is hoped that the CEREUS network will bring with it a new beginning for both online poker sites that have been fined for cheating in the past year. This Sunday, CBS will be running a special investigative 60 Minutes program on the cheating scandals that rocked the sites and will explain how online poker players themselves eventually discovered the cheating schemes.
