Playtech Revenues Up
Playtech Q1 Revenues Increase Nearly 100% and its share jump in value.
Playtech announced that revenues for the first quarter of 2008 were 97% more than what was made last year in the same time period.
All in all, revenues topped $39-million which was a 19% increase over the previous quarter.
The company’s CEO, Mor Weizer was naturally thrilled with the results and said in response: “This has been an outstanding quarter for the Group, registering impressive month on month revenue growth. The addition of new licensees during the period and the anticipated full roll out of the new Asian P2P games and Flash Poker mean the Group is well positioned to grow in Q2 and beyond.”
