eCOGRA Report shows Successful Conflict Resolution.  The standards protection organization, eCOGRA (eCommerce and Online Gaming Regulation and Assurance) showed that its conflict resolution service is an important part of the online gambling industry, according to its 2007 annual report.



In the report, a total of 783 complaints were received last year and the majority of them were dealt with within 72 hours.

In 68% of the cases, eCOGRA decided in favor of the player, proving once again this watchdog’s group policy of providing a swift and unbiased service to gamblers and casinos alike.
