Real Time Gaming Adds Seven New Games
Real Time Gaming, the Singapore-based software provider, announced that it has added seven exciting new titles to its game portfolio. It is believed that all RTG sites, including Club UK are already in the process of incorporating the new games into their directories. Players will be able to enjoy no less than five additions to the successful Real Series slots with titles such as Fame and Fortune, Funky Monkey and Victory. The other two games are table games, namely Caribbean Draw with a progressive jackpot and European Blackjack.
European Poker Player Traits Identified by Casino Site
Everest Poker, the popular poker room, undertook an interesting six month study in a bid to identify the playing habits and traits of European poker fans. This week, the site revealed the results of the study, showing that in some cases national stereotypes are justified, while in others they are far from what was expected. For example, while it came as no surprise that British players went about their games cautiously and in a reserved manner, Spaniards did not play in a particularly passionate way either, as most players from this country were analytically-minded chess players who ‘moved over’ to poker. The study also divulged the gambling traits of Swedes, Italians, French and others.

A new partnership has been announced between the Curacao-based online software provider, Cake Gaming NV and the popular bookmaker, MarathonBet. Cake Gaming already provides software to sites such as Sportsbook.com, Bet Us and Players Only, while MarathonBet is one of the major operators in Eastern Europe and Russia. Under the new deal, the two companies will launch a jointly operated poker room. The security and customer service desk will be initially run by another poker site, Red Star Poker. Cake Gaming commented that MarathonBet’s growing reputation in the market and its proven success had led to the partnership. Player growth, measured year on year, was a staggering 370% and the site expects to do even better this year.
Online Payments get Quicker
One of the most popular banking methods for online gamblers, the Canadian based Citadel Commerce, announced that it has enhanced its payment solution, so that more countries in the world can enjoy low cost and practically instant bank transfers. The improvements in the company’s Citadel Direct service will allow users to choose new features that speed up payment and lower transfer prices. At present, the service is available to many European countries such as Finland, Spain, Bulgaria, Greece and Romania, as well as the UK.
