Rags to Riches Slot

I'd probably need a lottery win rather than a slot machine win to go from Rags to Riches but I've decided to play the Rags to Riches slot for a while anyway to see how things go.  I've reviewed this game in detail before at Rags to Riches Slot so I won't go into much detail about the game.

Needless to say Rags to Riches is a 20 payline video slot game with 20 paylines.  Bets can be from as low as one penny a line to £5 and you can play as many lines, upto 20 as you want at any one time. 

When playing slot machines I generally like to play the full number of payline so I opted for 5 pence bet on each line making it £1 per spin.

The main attraction of the Rags to Riches slot is that is has one of the larger progressive jackpots tagged onto it where the payout amount start at £100,000 after the jackpot has been won and progress from there.

It must be my lucky day as on the third spin I hit the bonus game where I had to choose higher of lower depending on which number was displayed on the screen.  6 of these and I could take £40 or have a go at the next level.  Not being affluent enough to take on all three bonus games for the jackpot shot, I took the £40 to pay for a few more games.  I finished up £20 to the good after about 15 minutes play.

To be honest, the game is starting to look a little dated and although the progressive is attractive, I've played on many better slot machine games.  The newer games look better and play better.  Don't get me wrong, the Rags to Riches game is fine and the bonus game is decent too but it could do with a bit of a jazz up as the symbols on the paylines aren't bery appealing and wins, of any size, can sometimes be few and far between.

Overall the Rags to Riches game isn't one I'll be rushing back to with the amount of other games on offer at the moment like Dinos Delight.
