Some Video Poker

I decided to play some Video Poker today. I chose a single hand game of 10's or Better. I like 10's or Better simply because you make more hands and it's easier to get a win, abeit a small one. I played for a full 10 minutes and ended up £1 worse off.

I decided to play some Video Poker today. I've previously written an article titled, "Starting Video Poker." I chose a single hand game of 10's or Better. I like 10's or Better simply because you make more hands and it's easier to get a win, abeit a small one. I played for a full 10 minutes and ended up £1 worse off.

I enjoyed the game and hit a few 3 of a kind hands and a few flushes which boosted my money back over where I started a few times. The Intercasino video poker games are good and certainly the newer ones look the part but with 10's or Better being one of the original casino games that the Cryptologic software offered, I couldn't help but feel a bit of a revamp was in order.

Don't get me wrong, the game plays ok and the odds are the normal for this game in any casino online but it did look at bit drab and dreary and certainly wouldn't entice a new player to site down and play a few hands. I've been playing online for a few years now so I knew the game when it's graphics were standard but by todays standards, they're lacking somewhat and could do with a bit of a revamp. The possibilities these days seem endless and Intercasino have some graphically fantastic games with powerful sound effects and this poor old video poker machine needs a lick of paint.

Nonetheless, for only losing £1 in 10 minutes, I was playing for 25 pence a hand, this machine seems that it can provide some longevity to my playing time. Karma: good 0 bad 2
