Ritz Casino Back Online

It's been a busy and unusual week for the Ritz Casino with the site closing on Sunday only to be re-opened with new buyers a few days later.

Last weekend the Ritz Casino closed it's well known exclusive site citing, "...confusion and inconsistency in online gaming legislation worldwide."

Shockwaves resounded through the online industry with the closure of the casino owned by the Barclay Brothers. 

However, the announcement was short lived with UK Betting Plc snapping up the online site and re-opening the casino only a few days later.

A company spokesman is quoted as saying, "A good opportunity to acquire this prime property presented itself and we took it" and "it was a good opportunity that we seized." 
 
UK Betting Plc intend to keep the current management of the Ritz Casino and offer the same levels of service and games.

Ritz Casino is an online casino with an impeccable reputation for fairness and security and currently runs on the Cryptologic range of software.  However, the company intends to switch to Playtech software to further enhance the reputation of the casinos games in the near future.
