How to Play Video Poker Games

Learn to play Video Poker with our video poker rules. Video Poker is a popular form of poker played in an electronic format, similar to a slot machine. These video poker rules will give a brief overview of the many formats of video poker available. Most of the dedicated poker rooms do not have areas to play Video Poker, but, should you wish to do so, all of the casinos in our Casino section have the game available. Click on Doolallys - Home in the menu on the left to view

The object of the game is to make the best hand possible with 5 cards.

To begin, the player bets their choosen amount and is dealt 5 cards.

From this point, you have to choose whether or not you would like to keep any to make up the final hand. The player is required to click on the cards to keep, and then, when finished the player clicks Draw. This takes away any cards not required and fresh cards are dealt to replace them.

This, 5 card hand, is now the players final hand.

Winnings are paid on the following hands, some machines will even offer Five of a Kind and some may require 10's or Jacks as the lowest winning pair :

250-1 Royal Flush
50-1 Straight Flush
25-1 Four of a Kind
8-1 Full House
5-1 Flush
4-1 Straight
